Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups brahmi leaves


  • 10-12 nos green chillies


  • 1 nos tomato,large


  • 1 nos dry fish,medium


  • 4-5 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash the brahmi nicely and prick only the leaves.
  • Prick the green chillies and heat a tawa over gas top.
  • Roast the green chillies, tomato and dry fish in the tawa till it is roasted well for about 10-15 mins.
  • In a mortar and pestle coarsely ground the green chillies, garlic and fry fish.
  • Add the peeled roasted tomato and ground them together.
  • Remove the mixture in a serving bowl, add the brahmi leaves, mix well and serve.
